We Started Because Hiring Tech Talent Was Broken

Every founding story claims to solve a problem nobody else could see. Ours is a little more ordinary than that. A handful of engineers kept getting pulled into the same conversation, over and over: a company had funding, had a deadline, had a genuinely good idea — and still couldn't find the right person to build it. Weeks turned into months. Good developers sat in interview loops that led nowhere, while good companies sat with roadmaps that weren't moving.

TEZ IT Software Solutions connects businesses with skilled IT professionals and practical technology solutions. From IT staffing and software development to AI, cloud, data engineering, and DevOps, we help businesses find the right talent and build technology that delivers real results.

Our approach combines technical expertise, industry understanding, and flexible delivery to help businesses move faster, solve complex technology challenges, and achieve their goals.

That's the gap TEZ IT was built to close.

Who We Are Now

Today, TEZ IT is engineers, recruiters, architects, and project leads who’ve mostly sat on the client side of this exact frustration at some point in their careers. That matters more than it sounds like it should. When you’ve been the hiring manager watching a critical role stay open for months, you build a different kind of screening process. When you’ve been the engineer stuck maintaining code nobody documented, you write differently.

We work across industries that don’t always talk to each other — healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, energy — because the underlying problem is the same everywhere: good technology needs the right people behind it, and good people need technology that doesn’t fight them.

The Idea Was Never Complicated

We weren’t trying to reinvent staffing, and we weren’t trying to become another agency that shotguns resumes at a job description and hopes something sticks. The idea was simpler, and honestly a little stubborn: actually understand the technology well enough to know who’s right for it. That meant hiring recruiters who could read a Kubernetes manifest, not just a keyword list. It meant engineers reviewing engineers, instead of leaving that judgment to someone three steps removed from the work.

It also meant we couldn’t stay a pure staffing shop for long. The more companies we placed people with, the more we saw the other half of the problem — teams that didn’t just need a person, they needed a build. A data pipeline that had to get done. A legacy system nobody wanted to touch. An AI proof-of-concept that needed to become something real. So we grew into the part of the business that does the building too: cloud, application development, MLOps, embedded systems, the full range. Talent and delivery, under one roof, speaking to each other instead of working in isolation.

What Hasn't Changed

We’re still the same size of stubborn we started as. We’d rather place one engineer who’s genuinely right for the role than five who are merely available. We’d rather turn down a project that isn’t a fit than deliver something mediocre with our name on it. Growth is good, but not at the cost of the thing that got us here in the first place — actually knowing what we’re talking about.

If you’ve felt that hiring-or-building gap yourself, you already understand why we do this the way we do.
